I feel like I'm getting my life back now. I've been following all kinds of tips, but without question it is the Miralax that is allowing me to heal. I've gone from spending whole days bouncing back between the heating pad and the bath tub to having a pretty normal life in just two weeks. My fissure is still there and tweaks now and then but is healing and may pain hasn't been above a 3 for two days now. I was pretty hopeless when I first came here but I think I see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Thanks everyone!
