Greetings fellow sufferers

Postby Piledriver » 20 Sep 2012, 06:56

Hi everyone!
I was diagnosed with piles over a year ago and have undergone various forms of treatments to try and clear them up. These treatments all failed and yesterday I was put under general anaesthetic to perform a banding operation. When I woke up the CRS informed me that it wasn't piles but an anal fissure. Everything is quite tender today but at least I now know what the problem is and have a treatment plan laid out. I'm also very glad that I found this forum and know that others appreciate the pain and embarrassment of this condition.
