Please answer the question as often as you can. :D
Sometimes I don't know what to eat ("healthy food" seems very strictly for me) and I hope I'll find some inspiration here.
I hope there isn't any similar thread.I'll answer myself at the end of the day so I can list all the food. :)

so far ive ha breakfast ,minimax hi fibre,mini wheats
lunch tuna wholemeal sanwitch ,2 cups of tea

This is what I had yesterday. I'm allergic to cow dairy, so you'll notice a lot of cow milk alternatives in my menu:
Breakfast: oatmeal with almond milk & raisins
Lunch: smoothie made with almond milk, 1 cup of non-fat plain goat yogurt, 1 banana, and 1 cup of frozen blueberries
Dinner: roasted chicken breast & a large helping of steamed broccoli
LOTS OF WATER! :D
Today, so far I've had wheat cereal w/almond milk for breakfast, and a salad for lunch (greens with sliced oranges & grapefruit, slivered almonds, and vinaigrette dressing). Not sure what to have for dinner...thinking about grilled chicken & veggies over brown rice.

Breakfast: bowl of fruit salad (home made), porridge made with whole oats, rice milk, half a dessert spoon honey
Lunch: Poached salmon, avocado and lettuce sandwich - mayonnaise only (no butter) in home made wholemeal bread. Bowl of fruit salad. Probiotic yoghurt.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, spinach, carrots, organic green beans, tablespoon of olive oil. Bowl of fruit salad.
200 ml prune juice before bed
Drink only water - no tea or coffee and no alcohol
The thing is, even though it looks boring, I absolutely love what I eat!

Hi Sparkle,
Here was my day!
Breakfast: Bowl of Bran flakes with vanilla bio-yogurt and large sprinkling of mixed Summer berries on top/ 2 mugs chamomile tea & pint of water. Multi Vit/ Vit C & Zinc.
Lunch: Toasted wholemeal sandwich stuffed with cheese and baked beans (yummy) and bottle water/ 2 plums & apple.
Dinner: Chicken/ brown rice/ cabbage & gravy sauce with flaxmeal in the sauce followed by lge glass water. Bowl of tinned mixed fruit.
Dose of lactulose after dinner and big tablespoon of olive oil before bed!
Needless to say - loads of water inbetween or more chamomile tea (Big fan of fruit teas!) Also I don't drink alcohol/ normal tea or coffee (don't like it - lucky for me)
I also love what I eat...my partner happily ate sausage sandwiches (white bread) and had fish & chips for lunch....I was quite happy with the healthy alternatives!!! :)

Breakfast:
Bran flakes with organic milk, wholemeal toast with jam, banana and two cups of tea. Often find a few cups of tea starts a morning BM which is or at least used to be very routine for me but recent years not quite so regular in mornings - not easy to have tea Mon-Fri as start out early for work.
Lunch at parents place:
Big bowl of home made chunky chicken & vegetable soup and two slices of 50/50 white/wholemeal bread (prefer full wholemeal myself).
A couple of chocolate biscuits.
Tea and coffee
Dinner:
Vegetable stir fry(without additional sauce) with lots of garlic and a little soy sauce.
Green grapes
Cup of tea and two squares of 90% cocoa dark chocolate.
Couple of handfuls of pistachios.
Glass of Innocent smoothy juice (mango) - not sure what equivelant is abroad but it's quite a thick fruit drink with all the bits. The drink contains various fruits and try to have some in the fridge always.
Was going to have an apple but quite full, maybe later.
Cup of green tea.
Right now a few glasses of water as not had any today and like to hydrate before bed time even if it means going to the toilet if I don't get to sleep quickly.
Might have a small amount of bran flakes and milk before bed.
Think that's it.
Had a little too much caffeine today, prefer less.
Also love what I eat. Last weekend had a treat (sausage, chilli and coriander sandwiches) and then a meaty chicken pie with thick pastry (at parents place) and paid the penalty last week starting Monday. I also get IBS though so can't blame it completely on the food I suppose. Luckily no fissure regession despite a period of constipation Monday/Tuesday especially although things have not felt quite right since then but so far seem to be okay.
So this week will be healthy food only, maybe with a fish pie one evening but will be combined with lots of veg.
