I posted a longer thread earlier but I think it has not been saved.
I have been eating Okra in the past 2 days and have noticed a major improvement with the BM and the pain after. I stem them and eat 3,4 pods in the morning and 3,4 pods in the evening. You can eat more than that of course, but I am careful not to bulk the stool too much. I steam them for 2 minutes or so. The mucilage helps the stool slide out.
I have also inserted with a syringe olive oil before going to bed. I am sure it helps with the healing and lubrication but the Okra made a huge difference. You must try it!!!!
