HI GUYS IM NEARLY 3 WEEKS POST BOTOX AND POLYP REMOVAL
had a set back yesterday some blood and had to push out bm ,same this morning
was ok this evening though,dont know if this has ben down to some antibiotics i was taking for tooth abcess,,i seem to be getting a lot of pain in the 6 oclock area ,i think this is where my fissure is ,i think i can feel the the outside edge of the fissure feels lke a little flap with an edge ,the pain is like i been kicked there hard ,costant pain ,may be still swollen and bruised from the op ,
some good days ,some bad days
you feel you hve turned the corner then bam a set back,
trying to keep the presure of my bum lying on my side ect ,using my donut cusion

I am 12 days post botox- had botox twice before and 1 fissure out of 2 has gone. The little flap u feel is known as a sentinal pile (not a normal pile) u get one to protect the fissure. I had mine cut off 12 days ago as it was huge and sore.
i find botox helps as it stops the spasm and the pain is less but unfortunately it has not been successful in ther past. Am hoping this op will be.
