hi guys the last couple of days iv seemed to be a bit stuck .
my sphincter seemes locked up ,not letting a lot through
i have to push to get any thing out ,this includes wind
any idea what happened
i am 3 weeks post botox and polyp removal.
up untill 2 days ago my bms were the best i had for 3 months
i have recently had a tooth infection
which needed antibiotics ,thses have finished now

Sorry things have been so rough for you richibeno. It may be that you are still a little swollen down there. I am sorry I can't offer you any real advice as I haven't had Botox, but I am sure someone will have some helpfull tips for you.

Still getting it tough I see. Are you sure your not constipated? Are you still taking movicol etc?
You shouldn't be pushing at all it's not good your only doing more damage than good. Maybe up your movicol etc again.

hi bailey ,no not constipated,its the spihicter may be locking up or spazing ,can feel presure like some people have said the golf ball ,think i opened up the fissure today ,no blood ,just sore ,dont know whats happened 2 days ago i was going great ,im taking 3 movocol sachets at the mo ,

Doesn't look like Botox is working for you at all. I know your CRS has said its still a bit early for anything else but would not ring him explain you can go without pushing see what he says. It's such a pain in the butt 😃.
I have definitely had a re-tear but not much pain just sore & raw, so looks like I'll he having 2nd round of Botox in nx couple wks. I have been eating very little less in less out giving myself a rest.

yes ill try and get to ring the crs tommorow ,i only saw him friday too,the pains of the bum ,yea mine feels like that to sore and raw ,dont know what happened in the last 2 days ,my bms were great sit and they would come, maybe needed a litle push nothing else ,
dont know whether i went down t half a sachet of movocol to soon .now on 3 sachets ,
ow well tommorows another day,its as if the sphincter is a tight ,when you get the first fissure ,spasming all the time,hope the rectogesic may help too

saw agreat gp today ,i was upset ,and she had a look and said yes its a external hemi,made me feel a bit better ,i was thinking it could any thing ,gave me some pericot suppositorys ,ahhh
are these ok to use with a fissure

the crs rang me at long last and said he wants to see me tomorrow and have a look
said it could also be a Pilonidal cysts .

Why give you suppository when it's external?? I would be very careful what you stick up there. Hope you get on well with CRS tomorrow. Could it be a skin tag? They go hand in hand with fissures I have one that my gp said was a hemi too.

Its quite big I thinks its a he I .don't want the other one

They are usually a sign of healing I wouldn't worry too much 😊
