I had simptoms similar to urinary tract infection too, and I worried so much because I do not tolerate antibiotics (they contributed to my fissure). The UT pain is not so much present lately, but I still do not dare to take sitz (shitz  ) bath.
I take D-manose powder when I feel discomfort or drink some Uvae ursi tee, just to be safe. But I realise that this might comes from fissure and I am not so traumatised by the fear of UTI any more. Now I see that many of us have same issues.
Disabling burning, drilling pain in anal area for almost a year, started after UT infection. Small anal fissure diagnosed, turned out it is probably not the cause of pain, MRI shows no inflammation or fistula. Grateful to forum members for support.

Have the jrinary symptoms subsided after time? Have you been cured? If so, what method of treatment worked for you?
