Ouch please help me . Had a rectum exam

I had a rectal exam yesterday and he used his finger obviously . Im feeling sore down there & it feels a bit scrapped /: is this normal ?.

Yes, every time a dr has a look at me I end up feeling sore for a few days. Just baby your bum for a bit, have a sitz bath or a nice soak in a tub if you can.

Pelvic floor therapy
Diltiazem
Botox June 13
Nitro
Internal flap July 14
EUA and polyps removed Nov 14
Diagnosed with neuropathy Jan 15
Diagnosed with HS EDS type 3 (causes poor wound healing )

Pandabear, you can get Epsom salts from local health store or online. Magnesium flakes are good as they relax the muscles. I get them from Holland and Barratt. I am in the UK though, where are you?!

Nitro- Effective short term
April 2013-Botox-Effective short term
Diltazem-No effect, developed Rash
July 2014-Diagnosed High Resting Pressure
LIS performed on 17.9.14
Ongoing pain/re-tears. Awaiting pressure test results.
