I have been suffering from AF since 6-7 weeks. I tried a lot of different things but to no avail. Then I read about an article regarding a different type of cure. Currently, I am undergoing it. I started it a week back and it has really helped me a lot. Maybe you can try this as well and be better.

So I read your "refs", good stuff. About wiping atfer bm. I too would be too rough on myself. Now I really don't wipe at all as it's more of a insert and release a few times to blotch up the mess
