I'm working in SE Iowa for two weeks and not many shopping options available. The only cocnut oil the grocery store had is '100% coconut oil, non-hydrogenated'. I've tried it and it actually feels ok, but it is not the extra virgin variety. I wonder exactly what the differences are, like how it's processed, etc.?
Basically, should I use it in this form? I have already and haven't keeled over yet. Thought it was worth bringing up about what kind it is and maybe what it means.
