thanks! I have just bought some coconut oil from the supermarket today - but it is solid?! I had a spoonful of it (taste nice), but not sure how I am going to apply it externally, let alone getting it all the way up in there! With Rectogesic though, I think I now manage to get it a little further up... hope it helps with the healing!! :oops:
