You guys are like family! I mean Im discussing my sex life here! Who would have thought!!
My LIS was on Apr 30 and Im just gonna say that I had it yesterday and today and it was ok! Obviously that area is active so there pribably was some effect on the AF but I didnt feel any increased pain afterwards. Is it bad in terms of increased spasming? Is it good interms of blood flow in that area?
Also should let you guys know Im a male!
But I was just wondering what the protocol is?
