What ocean? Wheres this beach at? Lol! I think im heading for maine this weekend except its coooolllld there but that water is the nicest on the east coast... Too far up for pollution from the cities. Anyway, i think im healing too... I was bathing in these Himalayan mineral salts and they were really soothing. However, i did see a crs and ive been taking nifedepine instead of nitro which wasnt working well enough so im really feeling better. Im almost pain free but i can tell im in a delicate condition.

Hmmmmmmmm . . . I never thought about sea salt for healing a fissure. We live near a beach and many people go in the water to help heal a wound, so it makes sense to me.
Sea salt is known to have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It also encourages the formation of connective tissue and tiny blood vessels, which is a key to healing.
It would definitely be worth checking with your doctor about, IMO.

Although I would check with my doctor first, I found a website that recommended 1 cup in a sitz bath. You could always adjust from there depending on the results.
One thing I would be concerned about is using too much, as salt can also dry you out. You might want to use a cream afterwards, depending on which cream(s) your doctor has prescribed for you. In the past, I have used a 50/50 mixture of Lanolin and Vaseline.

no no no...colect it from the ocean and dab it on fissure.
if its an internal fissure inject it up there.
watered down by 100 fold aint going to do anything.
if you dont live close to the ocean then the next best thing is to buy unrefined ocean salt and dont put it in a bath put it in like a few mls of water and dab it on.
