Understanding Surgeons

Postby skip44 » 29 Aug 2013, 04:05

Hi All,
after help as usual.
The surgeon I saw 2 years ago who at the time recommended LIS but I couldn't do it for 3 months because of work in which time it got a lot better. I am booked to see him again next week and my query is. He is a General, Gastroenterological and Coloproctology surgeon. Is this ok? similar to colorectal surgeon?
Thanks

Proctology is the area that is to do with butts:) So yeah, I'd say your surgeon seems a good candidate to possibly do the job. Of course you should find out how much experience he has with LIS.
