I had been feeling back to normal for the last week or so. This week I might have pushed it with an excercise class I took -although I had zero pain during the class or after. The next day I was sore everwhere and my burning returned a bit although totally manageable. It has been raining and a friend of mine who had surgery said she has been feeling more pain with the rain.
What should I be doing. Backing off of exercise? Could it be the rain making it worse? UGH. Hate this. I don't want to slow down I want to work out!
