I've been using GTN for just over a week now. I hadn't noticed before but on having a BM yesterday and today I have noticed a strong straw smell, or as I have read elsewhere, smelly socks! ANyone else experienced this? It doesn't come out from the tube smelling like it I don't think. I will make sure I clean up better after applying as it seemed to linger around me (usually don't wipe rear as I assumed a little outside would help also with external visible tear) but I think even going to the loo releases the horrid smell

Yes, I do have some smell from the creams, so can related to this, but it really nothing in comparison to the pain of spasms.

agreed, stink over spasms anyday of the week any months of the year. id sit in a swimming pool of cow dung for a full 24 hours backflips and all if it cured my fissure for good....
