Acute fissures can heal really quickly! So try not to get too concerned at this stage. Unfortunately a lot of us here developed chronic ones but this isn't always the case - others heal within a few days.
If you have minimal pain, it's highly unlikely you've retorn but it would be good to get things checked just to rule other issues out, like internal hems etc.
Just keep eating fissure-friendly foods and drinking lots of water and make sure your stools are soft and expel easily without any straining and fingers crossed, you'll be fine :)
