Some good news today. I had a BM this morning. Without Gabapentin it may have been a nightmare because I had to push a bit to get the bulkier stool out first. It felt soft because of the Gabapentin and the rest of the stool was looser due to colace. I didnt take more than a Tbsp of MoM so maybe that was good because my bowels did most of the work instead.

I could feel some slight soreness after the BM and then had a sitz bath. About 10 minutes later I could feel some slight spasms and stinging. I went to lie down for a few minutes and they went away but came back when i try to sit. Might still need a little time to get it to relax.

fyi the MoM was taken yesterday and not today. i had breakfast and my usual lemon water and honey and more water with a colace and gasx.
