Surgery Friday. I first had problems around 2005. After all the home treatments it seemed to heal and I have only had problems every now and then that would go away in a day or so. But it came back with a vengeance the last weekend of august and the spasms are worse. I keep thinking , 2 more days. 2 more days.

did u eat anything that is not supposed to for a period of time when it occurs?

Just keep taking the Miralax! It works the best with the pain meds! Get a fair amount of fiber. No need to overload.
I ate 20-25 grams and plenty of water!
I hope you are able to get some sleep!
Ps... many of us have used the generic brands of Miralax. Wal-Mart has Clear-lax. Works great and is a lot less expensive.

Drawfs8. What happened to bring it on was this. I decided to take probitics and not take my daily metamucil for a day it two, trying to get my system in balance. Then went out of town. Forgot my metamucil and wasn't drinking water much, went out to eat 3 times in 2 days + had white castles after a year of not being close to a WC. I think I basically set up the perfect storm for irritating my AF.
