Yes, i discovered the hard way that Rude meant something completely different to my English uncle.....
Lecia, I know the poel feelign well. I got such bad cramps teh week after surgery that my super-weak and injured sphincter muscle was pathetically attempting to clench. Not good.

I am learning so many new terms!

Yeah, it gives a new meaning to she walks like she has a stick up her @ss! I would seriously have to get on my tiptoes to try to escape it. I hope I can get that primrose oil before it's too late. Can someone just drop it by my house, please? My butt hurts too much to drive!!! Image

Fiss,
its a high strength multi nutrient formula with magnesium, chromium, vitimin B6 and zinc and iodine, plus other vitimins. I had very bad PMS and it 95% cured it, it really was a godsend, but it doesnt work immediately! I can get it mail order.

I could send you some Lecia, but I dont think it will get there in time!!
