Congrats on your upcoming graduation. I am so proud of you. Back pain is so debilitating too. Do all you can to take care of your back as you know how it can be with nursing!
Oh yea - nice going Jen-sweetness How cool is that - our Jen will soon officially be the hot babe in white uniform giving heart-attacks to poor old guys in "West Wing" (usually where the heart and stroke patients are situated he he ). Congrats Jen - can't wait August to make a BIG party here
Kim, Fissy & Cheryl - I hope you are all ready to virtually drink on August 16th! I will have "banana bags" for all of you (its what we give to intoxicated folks in the ER - aka saline bags full of electrolytes). My back is feeling better now for the most part, but I am still sore big time in the morning. I can not believe a strained muscle had me in the bed for a week.
Glad to hear you back is better KTW Just take it easy for a while ; ) ! I asked my older daughter about running and back pain since she is a gymnastic coach (she is senior year on the University but also works) and she told me that that means that "core muscles " are not strong enough to hold back during running so - start with those "crunches" soon "Forest" xoxo
