That is an incredibly long wait. May I ask where you live? That also makes a difference as to whether or not the procedure will be a success, because if the doctors believe that it causes incontinence, they don't do many, which actually makes the success lower, because without practice, they're not overly great at doing it. A vicious cycle, really. Also, in some countries, surgeons are not keen on performing the surgery on women of child-bearing age. I went to a colo-rectal surgeon. They are the best at diagnosing, and treating anal issues.
