I am going through the same at the moment, and the spasms are so painful and they last hours. I take all bran, chía Seeds sales in almond milk, kéfir first thing in the morning and magnesium supplement. No meat, only veg and pulses. The moment I eat chicken or any meat my stools harden and my fissure and spasms come back.
