This is my 2nd AF, first was about a year ago. Nitro fixed that one, but this one has been much worse. Immediate care facility diagnosed me with internal hemmies originally, prescribing hydrocortisone suppositories and Norc 10-325 pain killers. Felt a bit better for two days, then much much worse. My GP gave me 2% Nitro-BID and Nucynta-ER, a Class 2 narcotic pain killer. This immediately got me warning messages on these forums as being far too strong a version of Nitro-glycerin ointment. Once I got to my CRS he took one look, put me on a custom 0.3% Nitro ointment and scheduled me for LIS. My surgery is this coming Monday. I agree, only deal with a CRS when it comes to this.
