this has really helped me recently. I'm not sure if it will be good for everyone and it says on the bottle not for external use but I love how easily my stools move with it when I apply twice a day, the product is targeting scar tissue which I have a lot of in my bum.

its £18 so not too bad on price, but this has been great for me. I've also been dilating twice a day.
