today was a good day.
i didn't have a bm this morning but after eating dinner, it happened. it was actually diarrhea so it was fine with me.
i was expecting to have horrible stomach upset with the flagyl but actually my stomach felt settled for the first time since nov. 26!
yeah, i have been eating yogurt for breakfast - and my doc said that these traveler runs caused by bugs actually can cause lactose intolerance for a bit which would probably explain all my diarrhea for the longest time because i have been eating yogurt every morning and then having some starbux as a treat during stressful work hours.
so that explains that.
today, after eating my yogurt cup with fresh fruit, i was fine and my stomach wasn't upset like it normally has been.
this after only 2 doses.

i'll take having diarrhea over firm and sometimes challenging bms.........
