What I’ve done so far.
1. Bath few times a day
2. Applying nifedipine cream few times a day.
3. Tried baking soda/ salt enema for 2 weeks.
4. Applied destitin cream.
5. Take mirlax every night.
6. Sit on heating pad at night

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get this to heal on its own.

I don’t want to get this scrapping in Dec, plus I am starting to think dark thoughts.

Doc said it was partially healed but stool may be getting trapped In a pocket causing it from not totally healing. Can’t take this anymore.

Had LIS already and resting pressure is less doc said, so that’s good.

Increase fruit? Try a fiber supplement like benefiber?

Agreed on fiber; more fiber, more water - and waiting.
