What is the best natural lubricant?

Postby saratoga » 12 Nov 2013, 07:54

Hello everbody, we all knew that this disgusting pain irritates all of us,
Sometimes i read that the people here use vaseline to pass the hard stools but i read everywhere that this is not safe especially putting it on fissure. What are the best natural alternative lubricants to use when constipateted?

Thanks!

Maybe an extra virgin coconut oil, or olive oil could be used as effectively.

Omb

Diltiazem

Nitro
Internal flap July 14

Hi saratoga

That's news to me. Can you tell me why they're saying vaseline is not safe to
put on a fissure, this is the first time I heard that.

But the other two big alternatives a OMB says seem to be either Olive or Coconut oil,
along with cocoa butter, Kondremul, paraffin oil etc.

Gl to you..

P.S. Nevermind I found this...

reaction from anything. Have you ever had any problems
with vaseline saratoga?

Hi Saratoga,
I'm also really curious as to what you might have read or heard to bring you to that conclusion too?? :)
