digestive advantage "chronic constipation" pills. they are yam fiber and probiotics.

I take 2 a day, one with lunch, one with dinner.

Thanks for the replies everyone!
BG...WOW, that product has great reviews on Amazon; nothing short of amazing. Do you find it to be great? Rate it on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best.
Thanks!

Honestly, in terms of fiber products, they work the best of any I have tried. So on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most effective ever tried, I would give them a 10. (My 1 would be granola cereal and my 2.5 would be psyllium husk fiber and my 6.5 would be methylcellulose.) There might be something better out there, but I haven't found it. I am acutally happy with these pills, and it is difficult to make me happy with a fiber supplement.

Well, I am convinced enough that I put some in my cart at Amazon. I think I will try it!

So do you just take these, or do you supplement with other fiber supplements?

I just take those at lunch and dinner and eat a diet that is moderately high in fiber: cooked apples for breakfast, beans or peas and fish for lunch, a veggie and fish and rice for dinner, chocolate or mcvitties for a snack.

So to ask so many questions BG, but I have a few more:
Where do you buy your CC? I checked Walgreens and Walmart but had to order from Amazon.
Have you tried their basic IBS formula as well? This one has 55 five star reviews on Amazon.
It looks like you prefer methylcellulose over psyllium. Any particular reason?
Finally, it looks like you eat fish twice a day. I eat chicken for my protein source but wanted to bring in more fish, however the mercury content seems to be a concern. What type of fish are you eating and where do you buy it...supposing it's not straight from the meat counter.
Thanks so much!
