Hey there. I haven't had any issues with it, so far. I eat the Activia Light brand every morning with breakfast. It tastes good and also really helped to get me regulated. If you're concerned, maybe just try a little bit at first to see if it has any effect, then eat a regular amount. Good luck!

Nope...I am ok with yogert. I also use the activia and today I started mixing 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed with it.

My body is so weird, I remember once having real milk with cereal and I was able to have a BM two hours later (in addition to my morning BM). So many times I've ate pizza (with cheeese) and it doesn't delay my BM at all! But lately my system has been a bit haywire (I've been having BMs in the evening as compared to the morning), and the only thing I think I've changed is eating cream cheese sometimes and yogurt. I really don't want to give up the yogurt because it's helpingmy body otherwise (I need the calcium and it's so good for you). What a weird sytem! I don't understand it haha

Yeah, our bodies are so unpredictable sometimes. I just try to do the best that I can and roll with it when things change on me for no reason. (As long as there's no pain, of course.)
Wait...you can eat pizza?

I seem to recall seeing soy yogurts last time I went to the store. I'm not 100% sure though. Perhaps those would work for you, Tabby.
