Sigh... haven't been exercising since i got my fissure in apr... so now after 5 months, my fissure has been almost healed, but i'm recently struggling with an internal prolapsed piles 2deg. For a week, my piles didn't prolapse and i got hey, let's exercise to try get myself back on track again. Sign up for pilates (like stretching exercise) class, it's my first. I was doing lower abdominal exercises and i guess having to put some exertion down there, my piles came out!!!
sigh... so now, pilates is a BIG no no for me... i wonder if yoga is ok for me... :(
ever since i have anal problems, i felt like a handicap... :(
