My surgeon said they do this first before trying lis as they have to do things in order but my surgeon does not like doing lis as all

Hi Katie, I have had my fissure for 18 months and I had the exact same procedure as you, the Botox with the fissurotomy but thankfully I didn't get any issues and it did help for a while. At least that is all sorted so one you have this next op you should be able to heal fine and next year will be able to put all of this behind you x

Katie yes I've had the fissurectomy twice now first time round with Botox but got an abcess, second time with no Botox and that was a year ago and it has only healed probably about 30 % in the whole year so I changed surgeons and have now has just the Botox again x

Becka, just wondering if you could have a look at chachacha's post on gabapentin, I have only been on it a bit so can't offer much help....figured you could give a lot more info.

O no just went to the toilet and it was harder and bigger and it hurt inside and when I wiped there was a bit of blood I think going down from one and a half movercol to one is not for me think I wI'll back to one and a half or 2 a day!!! Again worryed now about the next time I have to go!!!!! O poo!!!!!
