Sitz bath post BM and using Nefedepine .5 with Lidocaine 3% three times daily for 6 weeks Stool softener and increased water and fiber consumption. 1 step forward 2 steps back. How long before I see decrease in bleeding with BM? Honestly, it is nerve racking
