Ive had my anal fissure 3 weeks ago. I bled for like almost first 2 weeks of this occurance. After that, the bleeding stopped for 1 week and then back again today. But the thing is, it does not hurt anymore today compared from the last time. Does the bleeding indicates that retear has occured? Please help.
