Re: Botox Again

I'm fairly certain I'm healed. I get irritation from time to time but generally I'm good. I've had solid BM with no pain. I'm too scared to stop the movicol during a pandemic so I'm still on it but doing good.

MCT coconut oil - https://www.bulletproof.com/supplements ... e-to-mcts/

I buy this one but I've used others and they are all about the same

I find it helps. Along with fish oil capsules and eating more fish.

Do you think your completely healed? I'm decided 1 more botox after this baby is born 3rd baby 3rd botox 3rd time lucky fingers crossed but if after 12months of having the botox I'm still having any days of pain an mental disturbance i.e anxiety I will book surgery. When it flears up I question everything in my life like the study I'm doing at the moment why bother with it if I'm not going to be able to work in that area because this fissure will continue to hold me back. I loose hope for future things.

Yep. That's it. You may find it in your local grocery store. I never intended for you to ship it but it's difficult to find NZ sites over here lol. It's all the same and will work. Just don't use too much. It will keep things moving for sure

It will soften BM. Whatever you do, don't add more than 2TBS. I would advise 1TBS. If no noticeable effect. Increase it a little. I don't measure it now but if I get too happy pouring, the afternoon could see me running. But I mostly now have soft serve BM. Even when eating hard foods. It's all smooth sailing. It's that amazing. Just don't overdo it

It's not a stimulant laxative. It's not habit forming. You can skip days. But I strongly advise taking it when your diet has been not so great. It's perfect to help soften that BM. It's not crampy or gas causing like prune juice. Prune juice can send everything out but things can still be sharp.

This is smoothing and softening. Having excessive amounts will lead to diarrhoea. If that happens, use some nappy cream. It will pass quickly. 1-1.5 TBS should be a sweet spot
