Yes, Padme, I see no harm in you picking up a six pack, maybe you need some extra calories, too?
I doubt the selenium or D made you constipated. Getting enough fluids, Padawan?

I think so-but you know I haven't paid as much attention to that.

Thanks!

Vitamin D does work in tandem with calcium. In fact, you can't absord calcium without vitamin D. Perhaps the dose was too high. A short time outdoors instead would do the trick.

Thanks everyone...
I think I will try MOM but very little. Lecia I added the Fish oil last night and I drank 1/2 glass of prune juice before I went to bed and this morning I had Fluff LOL. But I will get some MOM anyways. I need to keep things soft to get this THING to heal!! I need to start taking my calcium too with D. I was told the citrate is better than the carbonate, is this true??
Thanks
Patty

Hello,
Well I think the Botox has finally kicked in . It took a little longer this time but I notice a great difference. I have been pain free since Thursday Thanksgiving. Everything is losse as a goose down there. My poos have been good and I sticking to my routine. I had that bad week because of my period that is why I did not notice the Botox yet. I will keep you posted on this. I go for an appt on 12/3/07. I hope he says it looks even better or almost healed.
Thanks
Patty
