Cheryl, I was put out for the Botox and brought into the OR, thats the only way insurance will pay for it. I had no pain all the rest of the day. It never hurt, swelled, oozed or anything. I have been lucky with Botox!

That is the way they do it at Mayos as the CRS there explained to me. I don't know if they do Botox in our area or not. Will try to find out about that. Thanks for the input.
