Have you been given the resting pressure test as if your sphincter tone is high then it’s hard for a fissure to heal even if your not having spasms. So perhaps Botox is worth a try You could also try comfrey ointment as it really does heal wounds really well, I used it after my LIS and my incision site healed really quickly. My friend used it on a puncture wound and it worked in a few days. But it does sting....well it did on me anyway lol. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted
