is 6 o'clock nearer to the spine?
Fissure since December 2011
Botox December 2015
2nd round of botox May 2018

Hi whatsherface,
I was wondering the same thing. I have fissures at the 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock position. My doctor said one of them is in a harder position to heal (but not sure which one).

Yes 6 o'clock is nearer to the spine. A better way of describing it is the term posterior.
