Hi Everyone,
I cleaned/vacuumed my room yesterday and also moved a very heavy bed so I could clean under it . I was wondering if that could be the reason I'm sore today
Any thoughts?

Yes, heavy lifting will aggravate the fissure, because it puts pressure on it, just like you were pushing to get a bm out.
Heavy lifting is bad for hemmies too.
