Christmas is almost upon us, and usually it's a time when there is a lot of tempting food, sweets, and drinks around. I wondered if some of you have tips for something special to have on Christmas while everyone else is care-freely munching and drinking away. I'm thinking so much about cooking the turkey that I haven't planned what AF friendly food I might make for myself...
Burnbutt, I would avoid cheese, pasta, alcohol, and sweets. I think turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies, and any fruits would be OK. Also best to avoid nuts (the kind we eat).
