Sakura, I'm thinking of you and hoping for healing for you. You are very strong............keep smiling.

Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

Sakura, Sorry you are still suffering and are having further stress from the cancer. I wish the best of luck. you should soon start to feel a change as the botox is kicking in. It takes time.

Thanks all :)

Speaking to surgeons secretary tomorrow as my GP wants me seen again ASAP - the chemo they want me to have gives you the trots, so bum needs sorting!

Still painful to sit down, it's actually more sore than pre Botox. Still pain free on bm but sore if I go more than once a day.

General pain level still just 1 out of 10
