Thanks Hun, I haven't been yet so defenitly an improvement just hope I haven't slowed it down to much now lol how are you doing?

You could always just take some stool softner before bed if you haven't gone by end of day! If you've had diarrhoea for a couple of days there's probably not too much left in there anyways.

I'm trucking on! Not 100% but better. Being tested for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, hoping I will be positive tbh so I have something I can treat lol

Yes I'm thinking maybe a little lactalose tonight if I don't go, don't want to now end up the opposite lol
