I had my LIS over a week ago, but have had zero incontinence issues and no discharge at all which slightly worries me. Why does it seem that everyone else is having discharge? Is there a chance that i'm still super tight down there so it just can't escape?

I don't really know what discharge you are talking about. I was changing the gauze in my anus a few times a day for a week and then I was fine. And saying "but have had zero incontinence issues" is a great thing!
