Yes and he has not returned my call for 2 days. I am starting to think that this may be part of the 15 percent failure rate.

That is really not like him...he may have had an emergency situation, personally or professionally. Don't focus on it being possibly a failure...try and shift your focus to a more healing visual.
I would give him another day...and be sure that your communication was specific...and included your degree of pain. He is an excellent doctor and would not ignore you bc it could have failed for you...its just not him.
