Female question

Postby vdb324 » 01 Mar 2014, 12:04

Is it okay to have LIS with light menstrual bleeding? I skipped a placebo week of pills a couple of weeks back for another procedure and this threw my body out of whack. I talked to two people. The nurse said it's fine, just no tampons can be used in surgery and the assistant told me there was no need to worry as it's a different orafice than what they will be operating on. Although, in my opinion, it's very close. However, I know there is probably already blood and other unmentionable items when doing LIS, so perhaps it's not a big deal. I would really like to just get it over with at this point, but am so frustrated that my body choose now to act up. Must be the stress. Any females have LIS with these circumstances or any recs?

It really doesn't matter if you have your period, so don't worry. They must see it all the time. I know that if I have an appointment or procedure, I can guarantee I will have my period... Wether I'm due it or not!! Lol
