This condition is unpredictable, undefined. Docs can find issues or nothing, 1 docs wil say he sees nothing, next doc will find anything from hems, fistula, fissure etc.....

If pain is minor or nothing, great....be content and live life

Blood is considered minor unless it's a large amount on a regular basis.
