Hey dog :)
Dairy for me is an absolute no no, I find it causes me constipation and sets off belly aches  My IBS diet consist of lots of fruits and veg white meat and fish , rarely red meat and no white things ie pasta, breads - all the really stodgy things ! I changed all my whites for brown which really helped with upping my fibre !
Very important to have fluids with fibre like Kim has said or then things get tricky !
Could the tummy pain be tension do you think ?
Its well worth seeing a CRS, esp having this tummy pain too.
I use a hot bottle for tummy aches this works a treat Image
Goodluck !
Dear Small flower
I have heard you highly recommend magnesium glycinate before; I am going to look into this !
