That's always a bummer (excuse the pun!)
Hang in there & hoping you get a new surgery date through sometime very soon.
Be reassured that nothing should get any worse in the mean-time too. Keep updating! :)

2 internal troublesome piles remain & suspected, but undiagnosed, ongoing Levator Ani type symptoms & flare-ups

they called and i had already requested to have off work until nov 7th and now the earliest they can get me in is the 7th so I have to wait a minute there are 2 people I work with scheduled to be off already I work for a small place has 10 people so everyone has to be there in order for me to take off I figure its been this long whats a few more weeks

Oh no - that really sucks! Have they rescheduled it?
In terms of time off, I would say that depending on what your job entails you can prob go back within a week.
I've had 3 surgeries and each time I've taken either 10 days or 2 weeks off.

Hi - Sorry to intrude but is that the original Diamond? Did you change your user name?.....If so, can you post an update on how you are doing on your own thread? Haven't heard from you in ages & wondering how you are getting on??? x x

Hi
Just a positive post, had surgery for a fistula, took about 15 minutes, no pain afterwards, just some discomfort for about two weeks, after three weeks I seem to be largely healed. I think mine was very much on the straight forward end of the spectrum. The worst part was the three week wait for the surgery - too much time to browse "Dr Google" and get myself thoroughly worried. Much, much less pain than I was expecting, back to work after a week, no problems.

wow Mark that is great I pray when I have to have mine done its not too bad I have had if for a while, but just recently diagnosed after many times abcsess being lanced before right Dr. knew what it was keeping positive though

Well i have rescheduled my surgery for Dec 5th so praying this time it gets done and heels quick so I can get back to work
