So it ended up only partially healing. I switched doctors after getting nowhere and it seems that the new doctor is helping. I also switched compounding pharmacies and it seems that with new compound diltiazem and dose rite I'm healing. It's really only internal now. It's healed externally. It's possible I'll need repeat LIS but the last few weeks have been basically pain free and I see the doctor in two weeks to see if I'm healed. I think I may be as I have had zero bleeding or pain for a few weeks now.
